About us SE&T has served the U.S. and Texas, in particular the DFW area since 1994.  SE&T prides itself on obtaining & using accurate and consistent data.  SE&T excels at this by providing services from the beginning to the end of new construction for residential, commercial and industrial developments.  All of our work is performed by SE&T employees who drive company trucks and carry company cell phones and all lab work is conducted at SE&T's facility. SE&T has an extensive background in projects including individual residential properties, large scale residential tracts, property subdivisions, commercial properties (including healthcare, worship, restaurant, municipal and educational facilities), forensic engineering, environmental (phase I & limited phase II), retaining walls, boat docks, pool designs, city submittal packages and construction reviews.  Forensic Engineering is performed for new structures, remodeling and/or additions. SE&T carries General Liability w/ Workers Comp and Professional Insurance.
